Asks Mehbooba why is she helpless in Jammu and arrogant in Kashmir

Langate 10 April (KNO): Seeking stern action against the lawyers who tried to stop crime branch from filing charge sheet against the accused involved in rape and murder of eight year old Asifa, AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has said that the incident has yet again exposed the communal and criminal mindset of anti-Kashmiri forces in Jammu.

While addressing public meetings at Jahama, Batagund, Harveth and Kunnel in Langate today, Er. Rasheed said “the incident is a slap on the faces of those who call themselves champions of human rights, child rights, women’s rights and communal harmony. It may have hardly happened in any part of India or world that lawyers who are deemed to be a ray of hope for the deprived people, have prevented any investigating agency from presenting Challan in a court of law only for the reason that the victim doesn’t belong to their community. TV channels and human rights organizations throughout India have preferred to keep mum over the shameful incident and world must know who are batting for communal and radical agendas in India”.

People of J&K are astonished that why doesn’t Prime Minister Narinder Modi speak over the issue and seek unconditional apology as lodging FIR against these goons is not enough. Er. Rasheed said “The state administration should answer that if it takes Kashmiris to task every day and crosses all brutalities, why couldn’t it deal with the goons wearing black uniform in Kuthua Court complex. It is proved yet again that there are two sets of laws, one for the majority of J&K and another for the minority community and the apparats of state have taken the majority community for granted. Let Mehbooba Mufti explain why is she so helpless in Jammu and becomes arrogant and powerful in Kashmir”.
